A&J provides a singular contractor solution being able to plan, design, manage and complete multi-facet projects within budget and on time. Our portfolio spans across the private, public, retail and commercial sectors and we are well known for our attention to detail and cost-effective construction. We achieve this by utilising our in house skilled labour force and machinery.
For larger builds we have a full team in place to design, supply fabrication and erection of structural steel. We can provide the entire package of steelwork, roofing and cladding providing our clients with a new build structure.

Large Seven Bedroom House with Triple Garage
From tender and specification, this project was constructed using traditional foundation and brick and block walls. This is a three storey building with steel and stonework around the top section; the combined weight was thirty two tonne at parapet level. The building area was nine thousand square feet and had seven large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. An American hard wood sweeping staircase was installed with a first floor gallery landing. Limestone flooring was used throughout the ground floor. The entrance hall has a dome ceiling with a pergola in the top centre of roof void. A triple bay Garage block completed this impressive build.
