Given the Typically delicate nature of these older buildings they require a specialist and experienced team. A&J are capable of working on listed buildings and will maintain and restore their original character, whether it be a traditional or a more modern build.
Single story extension complete in Rainham. Installation of underfloor heating and roof lights with exposed brick feature wall. A unique feature of this build was the sliding doors opening completely to create a clean, level, walkthrough from indoors to outside. We took particular care with having a clean site and not causing any damage to the customers drive and even provided our workman with portable toilet facilities as not disrupt the customer as little as possible during construction.
Single story extension in Snodland to create a beautiful open plan living, kitchen and dining room. This job had some very challenging aspects which required some creative solutions, due to the opening a rather unique 7m Steel 203 beam had to be used and joined to a 152 beam. We also installed underfloor heating spanning the entire room.
Constructed master bedroom, double story extension, garage and porch in Breadhurst. As always we took every measure to make as little impact to the customers day to day while we were there and protected their drive from any potential damages.
The project was to construct a large extension on the side of the property. The existing wall had to be completely removed and form a new layout to the property blending in seamlessly with the new extension. Existing sewage drainage had to be diverted around the new extension.
